the housekeeper knocked early, about an hour and a half before checkout.

I thought the free airport transportation was great. it included computers, allowing printing of flight tickets. I was genuinely happy about this. i didn't need to wait to check in at the airport. the shuttle service, running every half-hour, was very efficient to several hotels.
the air conditioning unit did not work as expected. the room felt warm . additional maintenance in this area would be helpful.
